Apart from the amazing attractions like 12-meter seated Buddha statue, 18-arm image of Gaunyin and Jungle Rout 360 — one of the finest viewpoints of Samui, this tour takes you to visit local coconut farm, fruit plantation and rubber plantation where you will see and learn about local way of lives. On top of that you will be discovering bizarre collection of statues in the midst of a tropical jungle and spending free time enjoying Namuang Waterfall No. 2 where you can choose to go for a good swim or relax by the cooling waterfall mist. Finally, finish the day with an elephant ride and watching monkeys harvesting coconuts from the trees.

Tour Itinerary

08:00-09:00 Make haste in the morning and hop on a 4x4 truck at the lobby of your hotel taking you to Plai Laem Temple on the north-east side of Koh Samui. Here you will be amazed by a towering 18-arm image of Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion.
09:30-10:00 Continue to Big Buddha Temple or commonly known as Wat Phra Yai - one of the most revered temples by the locals. It is a home to a 12-meter seated golden Buddha statue, which was built in 1972.
10:00-11:00 Travel to “Coconut Farm” — a traditional coconut farm where you will be meeting local farmers. Here you will be surprised by how coconuts can be transformed into various interesting things in a "simple and humble" way.
11:00-12:00 Let the 4x4 truck take you to Hin Ta and Hin Yai which are translated to Grandfather and Grandmother rocks. They sit on the rocky coastline next to the sea between Lamai and Hua Thanon.
12:00-12:30 Get a chance to visit a fruit plantation which is considered to be the "Kingdom of Fruits on the Mountains” at Phutaboon Village Plantation. Afterwards, finally set foot on the highlight of this tour — Jungle Route 360. It is one of the finest viewpoints of Samui, providing a commanding panoramic views of Koh Samui, stunning hills on the island, Chaweng Cove, Cheongmon, Bophut, plus the surrounding islands like Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Koh Matlang, Anthong and the Khanom mainland.
12:30-13:30 Take a lunch break and enjoy Thai buffet
13:30-14:00 Catch a glimpse of farmers’ lives on Koh Samui mountains and be amazed at how they collect latex from rubber trees by “rubber tapping” method.
14:00-15:00 Continue to Magic Garden where you will walk among the lush tropical jungle to find a bizarre collection of statues hidden in the middle. The gardens are created by an old Samui fruit farmer.
15:00-16:00 Travel to Namuang Waterfall No. 2 where you can spend time relaxing by the cooling waterfall or get some splash and enjoy a good swim. Here you can take photos with tigers with additional charge.
16:00-17:00 Hop on a 15-minute elephant ride and admire the view from the back of an elephant while it trek along the tropical forest. You might get to hand-feed them too!
17:00-17:30 Be amazed at how smart monkeys are while watch them climbing up trees and collecting coconuts. Then, it’s time to bid farewell to everyone and take home the good memory before returning to hotels.
