Big spacious and near KSL mall, so far so good this hotel very crowded.

The bed sheets or the blanket was dirty, my skin itchy until today.

Good place. Great location near jb sentral. Nice room, clean and comfy. Great staff. Overall good experience.

Convenience to place I want to go

The washbasin doesn't drain, wifi not stable.

It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.

Lift to go to lobby from car park is too far 🥲 plus my room also too far from lift. There ' s lift nearby but it ' s not used anymore. So we have to walk so far. My husband have leg problem, so it ' s not good for him to walk that kind of distance. TV and telephone in my room also not functioning 😅 when we go out for dinner and went back to the hotel, we choose to park at the car park infront of the lobby but the parking fee we need to pay ourself. Other than that all is OK, room is good, clean, scenery from my room also good, breakfast also good, have variety of food.

All front of house staff should be more friendly, thank you for room maid at 18th floor very helpful.

The breakfast cannot early breakfast, for the guest want go out earlier must be prepare. And the location is good, near ksl mall.
