views, recreational area, spaciousness of suite and balcony
My wife and I, visiting from Canada, recently stayed at Peppers Soul for the second time in two years. Both times we loved the location at the very centre of Surfers Paradise and right by the beach. The view of the beach and the ocean from our suite on the eleventh floor of this 77-storey building was superb. The suite itself was quite spacious and the balcony huge with several pieces of furniture on it. The suite was modern and well-appointed and the kitchenette was well-furnished with utensils and the like. There was also a laundry which, however, we did not use. The lifts (elevators) were swift and we never had to wait long. The garage seemed to have ample parking spaces, though, like most in Australia, they were a bit tight. The fitness centre on the third floor had quite a bit of equipment, at least enough to satisfy me. Right next to it is a big indoor swimming pool along with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room. In the other direction, on the roof of a low-rise building, is a big outdoor recreational area with a pool and a garden for BBQs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely once again.

Best Accommodation Ever!
Our apartment exceeded our expectations, service from the moment we drove up was wonderful, we're coming back and highly recommend a stay in this wonderful resort. To step onto the beach or swim in the pool, to eat fantastic food in Seaduction, we can't wait to come back.

Amazing Views - Great Hotel
We have stayed at the property a couple of times. I should say this is my most preferred place to stay in Gold Coast. They have some great and friendly staff right from reception to their restaurants. They are centrally located and close to the beach and shopping precincts. Breakfast had a great spread. Very patient and friendly staff. Great pricing for the breakfast too. There are other restaurants located close and you will never run out of options for food. The rooms are amazing. Very clean with all required amenities. we stayed in a ocean view 2 bed room apartment. The attentions to details of both the staff and the management was great. I could not find any fault. The balconies somehow blocked the wind from he ocean. Numerous outdoor and indoor pools. Great gym and health facilities. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay
It was supposed to be a short and sweet trip and it turned out that way.... :) We got a good room, with an excellent view and ample supplies in the kitchen to cook up a storm!! We will be coming back for sure!

A receptionist influences checkin experience and leaves customer disappointed.
I removed my review after having to justify a disgusting checkin experience that has left me feeling numb. Unfortunately on Trip Advisor if you need to edit your comments , you have to remove them and then rewrite your experience and in this case I felt I should. My husband made the booking at this accommodation and got lost in the car park. I went to checkin but was first rejected by a Receptionist to checkin. Then I was allowed to checkin but their policy states you need several forms of ID if you are not the "bookee". I wanted to cancel the accommodation as I was needing further ID than is normally needed that I was sure I was going to run out. The Receptionist tells me that I can't cancel. I have to give her 24 hrs notice. She disappears out to a back office to get the Manager to enforce the policy to me who never sights the ID. At this stage I am assuming that you need several forms of ID which was already given to her. Husband walks in. I take back my ID. Get a response from Ian the frontline Manager via Trip Advisor that " my sir name did not match guest name". I was never told that was the reason I was being subjected to this checkin experience by the Receptionist. She just ignored me when I asked what was going on. Apparently none of my ID matched my husbands surname, obviously not one of the several cards matched. Right? Wrong! I email Ian to correct her response with both our IDs matching surnames that was given to the Receptionist. It appears the Receptionist was trying to justify her disgusting behaviour by telling Management my surname didn't match the guest name and she looks like she got away with it because her word was taken into account in Ian's response , but no-one checked her! This checkin experience left me feeling unwelcome and unwanted. I wanted my family to stay here for the location and views and it was pretty expensive too which I had allowed for , but not for this experience. Her behaviour was unacceptable and the excuse was deceitful.Perhaps a partial refund is the answer to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else in future because I am sure it will and no lesson has been learned from this experience. Also party going on downstairs until 3am in the morning. Get onto Reception straight away otherwise you feel ripped off and unrested. It's not cheap to stay here. Several times contacted Reception as we didn't have the movie channels. No-one turned up. Perhaps ask for Management to get something done after 4th call. Lovely views and excellent location , however with the Glink tram accessible from Cavill Ave you can travel to Cavill Ave and Surfers Paradise beach from any of the other accommodations along surfers paradise. You can buy an all day Gold Coast pass for 10$ via translink or tickets at the tram stops.
