Princess Family Club Bavaro - All Inclusive

I loved the beauty of the resort. So so beautiful. However wifi is reslly horrible and getting your own beach towels is too tedious

The amenities were nice. The resort is very family friendly and most of the staff give superb service. I enjoyed the buffet and the Indian restaurant (Samsara). However, some of the staff are rude at times and we did experience one incident of discrimination in our opinion.

Th grounds are absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! Soft sand, no rocks or seaweed. The only downside is the food. But you can’t expect alot at an all inclusive.

This place was amazing, the staff was friendly, the food was good and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing. The variety of things to do and food to eat was great. This was the best beach we have ever been to.

Kids bed sheets couple time was dirty

Overall nice stay, food and drinks have room for improvement. Great facilities but was hoping for more in the main pool. The rooms had a terrible scented smell that made all of our clothes smell. Nice to try but will not be returning.

Overall very good family place. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. Reception are was kind of dated. Otherwise a very good value

We love Princess hotels , we came here 3 time and never disappointed. Truly fun for kids , good food and fun entertainment.

We stayed in the Princess Family Club portion of the property, but had access to most of the Princess resort, outside of the Platinum areas. I though the property was nice. They work on cleaning all of the time, pressure washing pool decks it seems every morning, pool cleaning, etc. There seemed to be an abundance of staffing at the resort for restaurants, room cleaning, bars. Things I loved: 3 separate twin beds in kids rooms was fantastic. Kids areas, kids staffing & kids buffet. Shuttle carts around the property all day long. Cleaning everywhere, mopping of room daily. Proper staffing around resort at all times. Security on the beach. Thinks that were just OK: Property upkeep, things you can't clean, there are just some things that when you select something stating 5 star you don't expect to see, like just structure upkeep, like the AC running properly in room, doors & drawers closing properly in rooms. Things I didn't love: Strangest thing & easy fix - door handles & toilets that work properly. There were just so many cheap door handles that were broken everywhere and toilets that were barely flushing properly. No deadbolt on the hotel room door. And the quality of meats served, there was so much waste due to any meat you ordered or took from buffet was such a poor quality, you were a little fearful of what you were eating. Beef was the worst, no matter where you ordered it was fatty/chewy. Which led to large amounts of food waste.

This was a beautiful resort! The food was wonderful, so many activities for adults and kids, beach was beautiful and the staff was beyond incredible! I have never met more kind staff and they were wonderful to our children! We cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time, however we were disappointed with the elaboration of the food, both at the buffet and the specialty restaurants, it was simply bland most of it, no issues with the ingredients or their quality whatsoever. The entertainment options were also pretty lame most of them. However, we did enjoy the drinks, the staff and the facilities, it is a nice hotel for families

We had a great experience as a family. The resort has a mangrove with peacocks and other birds which was a huge hit. Also, trolley takes you from your hotel to beach. Our kid loved the trolley ride. The trolleys are prompt, you hardly have to wait. Food was good.

They have snack bar open 24hr, theroom was more than beautiful with robe and slippers waiting for you in the bedroom the food is awesome.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Jackson who took our luggage’s to our room. He was awesome and super accommodating. Front Desk staff Jerry was 10/10 and Yhosmarlim 10/10. Accommodations top notch, any questions or problems solved immediately. My housekeeper Esther nice lady, humble kept our room clean. Food we had lobster, steak, salmon, pastas served at the buffet. Restaurants by reservation the Hibachi was awesome and good. Italian perfect. The beach water was outstanding. No seaweed, no seashells just clear blue water. Beach entertainment and activities fun. For a quick getaway YES!
