My favourite stay when flying from Heathrow. we had excellent service, good rooms and good breakfast, however the shower needed a really deep clean, especially in the corners.

Stayed a few times recently. Very average hotel. Rooms are comfy, wifi is good. Nice showers.
Handy for transport connections. Nice pizza take away across the road.
Breakfast is very average. If it wasnt free, you wouldnt pay for it.
Depending on the rates, there are much better hotels available at the airport.

They don’t even provide coffee at the lobby for 24 hours. According to American standards most Hotels Coffee, juice, and snacks at the lobby for 24 hours. The Indian staff at the restaurant aren’t are rude and Hard headed.

I flew in from Cairo late last night. I was a tad worried about getting to the Hotel, as there's currently no shuttle service to/from.
The Hotel staff advised me which bus to get and where to catch it. Luckily there was one just loading passengers, and the conductor told me where to get off.
After arriving atvthe ahotei,cthecstaff were busy but very polite. The room clean, spacious and well fitted out. My deal included breakfast, which was also excellent.

Awful! Stayed here the night before a flight. Got no sleep as it’s attached to some trashy club. The club was literally under my room and it was shaking until whatever time they turned it off.
Was offered 20% off my next stay. Told them a free night wouldn’t entice me back.

The hotel is on the same site as a nightclub which was open until 2am so it was fairly noisy. It is not at Terminal 5 at all but in Slough (a £30 taxi ride away from the airport) so not convenient at all for our purposes. Checked out after the first of three nights. Not sure why or how Terminal 5 is in the name of this hotel.

Easy and convenient option if wanting to stay around Heathrow/Slough. Parking is quite expensive but otherwise, everything else was as expected for a holiday inn express hotel!
