Ananta The Kubu Kuta

Beware! Owner of Ananta The Kuba Kuta, Ms Kebwt, stole our money and is very dishonest. Advice is to avoid this homestay 1. We booked and pre-paid for 2 nights of the most expensive double room based on pictures and information listing. 2. Upon arrival in low light we put bags in room and unfortunately immediately (mistake) went to beach as was getting late. 3. Upon returning found no hot water in shower and saw room very grubby and not look like pictures on app. Other listings on app have hot water when listed as having 'Shower' (not just a cold water outlet!) 4. Queried hotel owner, Ms Kebwt, who claimed she told agent to show her listing as having 'Cold Shower Facilities' but it is not listed on her site. I then asked her for a refund but she said she has "not been paid by agent yet" so she cannot give money back. (Agent informed me that she was in fact paid and it is up to her to approve the refund which means she lied) 5. We left (so we never used the room) and Ms Kebwt repeatedly claimed she was "very sorry" and that we need to get our money back from agent, not her, as she hadn't been paid by agent. However agent since asked her twice for a refund and she would not give it to us claiming we had already used the room!! Another lie. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place, the owner, Ms Kebwt, is a shark with very bad energy. She lied, took money for two nights from us in her most expensive room while she probably had listed it available for other potential customers as soon as we walked out with our bags. Not much good praying in your temple every night and day if you can't be a good honest person in real life! A true thief. What a horrible experience, ruined my holiday.

Staying at Ananta, Kuta, is very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I really like staying at Ananta.

Friendly service, clean, comfortable and satisfying place

From the side the location is okay and not far from Beach Walk and Kuta beach. In terms of tranquility it is very calm even in the middle of a tourist center. From the side of the room like a boarding house but neat and clean but the problem is the toilet sink is rather clogged so it must be thrown out. Overall if only for a good rest.

This homestay is located very close to Beachwalk. But because of its small location, the motorbike cannot park inside but outside, but it is still safe. What is unfortunate is that there is no water heater. When you first turn on the bathroom water, the water smells. Apart from that the walls are damp and the rooms are less bright. Looks different from what is shown in the photo. But his mother is friendly and kind.

Super severe, not very friendly at all, written parking facilities. But even a car cannot enter. told to park on the beach walk.

Homeowners are not friendly with local guests, forced to finally, even though only fog occupied only 3 hours.

The owner is less friendly with domestic tourists. Nearly 2 weeks stay there, rooms not cleaned or at least offered to be cleaned. There is no greeting and smile like what is usually obtained from Balinese people in general. Although the location is very strategic, again hospitality is the main capital of selling in the homestay business. Friendly for all tourists, not only foreign tourists.

Stay there 1 week, the sheets have never been replaced, the room has never been cleaned, there is no soap, the towel is not hard enough now to be wiped to the body, like boarding houses.
