Lovely Studio Room in Seasons City Apartment Tower C (PAA)

first, it took more than 20 minutes to get the entrance card and door key. secondly, no stove to cook (not like Medit). We need it because no breakfast. And only a dispenser with hot and normal water, and it was refilled water in the gallon. Last, the Wi-Fi was very slow, then I used my own provider . I think they should reduce the rent so it's appropriate for the room.

AC is not cold. the bathroom is uncomfortable. Dirty. There is no AC in the other room. but the owner is friendly.

I object because I have to deposit 500,000 and it will be returned 14 days after check-out. The time to check-in is also complicated with apartment keys.
