Stayed here with family because I had to, Eid holiday, all hotels were fully booked, the place was not well maintained, the cleanliness was bad, the room smelled to the point where I put coffee grounds in every corner, but that didn't help either, it made my head dizzy. Only to sleep at night during our activities outside until night. The only amenities are toothbrushes and toothpaste, no bath soap, towels are not given, the second time asking is given. 2x the lights went out only in some rooms at midnight until I had to call the owner, then at 5 in the morning there was an incident where the faucet came off in the early morning, the water flooded into the street. It's a bit horror, the location is to enter a narrow alley to fit 1 car, request the room be cleaned and replaced with sheets and towels, it turns out that the sheets are only tidied up, the towels are not and you have to find an employee to ask for a change of towels, the AC is working, the wifi & TV are not working, the water is on very small sink. The owner is friendly. Anyway, all the facilities are lacking. Find another place if you can, not here.

Hotel tidak profesional, Bidadari Hotel dan VICO Hotel adalah nama tempat yang sama. Handuk harus diminta, kamar bau parah, tempat horor, butuh banyak perbaikan, mati lampu 2 kali di tengah malam namun sebagian kamar tidak, harus telpon pemilik malam-malam, merasakan banyak gangguan bikin semakin tak nyaman, meninap karena terpaksa, libur lebaran semua hotel full book. Amenities teko listrik tak ada, TV dan wifi tidak fungsi, lokasi masuk gang kecil muat 1 mobil, kamar tidak dibersihkan, sprei dan handuk tidak diganti, padahal sudah bilang ke pemilik, tapi cuma di rapihin aja spreinya oleh petugasnya.
