The room was an smoking room, so the air is not good, room is not too clean.but still comfort to stay for one night just for transit only. Not an walkable distance to batam center.

There was no staffs in the property. They made me collect the key and remote controls from their other property 1 km from the original property. I had to walk with big luggage and the property looked as if it was an unfinished construction.

Service is satisfactory and friendly. Rooms in upgraded, bathroom inside without extra charge. Keep in mind for hygiene issues. Thanks.

The manager is friendly and kind, can be early check-in and although the booked room is full but replaced with the existing room the bathroom inside, It's just that the rules should not call the masseur even though the kind cooperation is rather annoying because when we're tired we have to massage out , While I used to wear Go Massage which is affordable and called to the place to stay.
