In-room telephones are not available in the room so you have to go up and down stairs because there is no elevator. WiFi is only in the lobby and the 1st floor of the TV is still in the tube so that it protrudes forwards prone to headaches the bed is worn out dirty sheets, only one towel smells of food but there is no choice of dirty coffee-tea kettles.
