This was a business trip, so it was a quick decision to book Neo Hotel Gubeng for its prime location. While the service and almost all amenities were good, there was stains on the bed sheet so we had for replacement (thank you!). Other than that, the room condition was quite average, though there were some dried paint fall off the wall.

Good and affordable hotel nearby to Surabaya Gubeng Station (17-20 mins by walk). Easy to catch Grab Bike, near to convenience store of 1-2 minutes walk. The bed are comfy and suitable for a short 2-3 nights. The breakfast variety are adequate but sufficient. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms, suitable for families, friendly and very helpful staff, close to food stalls, close to Gubeng station. Hopefully it can be improved more.

Room area is sufficient for 1 person, bathroom equipment, hot water, coffee tea and others are complete. Fill your own drinking water, there is a dispenser in the hallway of the room (quite satisfying for me who drinks a lot). Room cleanliness 👍, staff friendliness 👍. It's important to me, can I borrow cutlery 😁. Facilities according to the price paid.

This is the first time staying here because I'm looking for a hotel close to Gubeng Station. For the rooms it's okay, the service is also okay, for breakfast I don't have time to feel it because I have to go to the station really early. The location is okay because there are many restaurants and places to eat around the hotel. It's just a bit lacking in the lift section, it's a bit difficult, maybe next time it can be fixed, thank you.
