Highly do not recommend this hotel for anyone. The receptionist is not polite, looks down on local guests. People who are visiting during the day are threatened to be expelled, Receptionist reprimands us without saying sorry or excuse me without asking us first. Come with arrogance and snaps and explain that 1 room is just the two of us. When it was explained by us that we were just visiting and by chance we were staying at another hotel, the receptionist's answer was that he didn't care. After that leave without saying anything. In my opinion, hotels like this should not have to be co-opted by Traveloka Sites. The hospitality industry is arrogant. really very disappointing. Once again, I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. There are still many hotels that are much more friendly service. explain with a smile. Flower essence hotel services are far below standard.
