The place is clean, good service. Complete facilities and good views of the hills and mountains. There are many and varied menus for food. It tastes good too. Thank You.

Resort located in a very quiet place. Away from the crowds, with an exterior that emphasizes nature more. Very comfortable with the atmosphere at this resort. Moreover, I stayed right in the month of Ramadan, so it was like renting a villa, there were no other residents. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a terrace in front of the room. I chose a room on the 2nd floor so I could get a better view. The air is also very cold, so there is no need to use AC. The breakfast is also very top. Many gazebos around the room, can be used for family gatherings. Next time want to come back again. Because one day is not enough.

Very happy to stay here. From the front of the parking lot, the staff is friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the FO is also friendly and it doesn't take long to check in, the bellboy also really helps bring things up to the floor. 2 rooms. In front of the room there is a rocking chair, it feels like at Grandma's house. But as soon as you enter the room, the impression is modern and warm with parqet floors and some wooden decorations. There are many TV channels, from local to imported, but a bit antsy. The air conditioner is cold, the warm water is steady, and it doesn't run out even though it's used to soak in the bathtub back and forth. Behind the room there is also a balcony that leads to the vegetable garden, in the morning you can see the garden workers busy farming. Due to the location of the hotel near the river, so we can hear the sound of the water crashing from the river. The breakfast menu has a lot of variety and tastes good too. For an additional 50 thousand breakfast / pax for children, yes. It's pretty worth it. There are 2 swimming pools, the depth of which is 70cm for children and 140cm for adults. There are 2 rinse bathrooms + wc and only 1 wc, everything is clean. Unfortunately there is no guard on duty so you have to find your own pool towels. There is also a playground next to the pool but it is locked, maybe because there are no staff. The hotel area is full of flowers and plants as well as a gazebo, so you can take photos. The park employees are also friendly and courteous. Overall very satisfied staying at Lembah Metro Resort. Unfortunately, in a fairly high location, the weather in Batu is not as cold as it used to be, it turns out, the AC room is colder, you know.

When I came here, I stayed in a 1-bedroom Cabana, the building was still new, so the garden wasn't 100% finished, but I'm sure it would be even more beautiful if it was. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view is also really good. Breakfast got the ala carte because at that time there weren't that many guests who came (indeed they stayed after the high season on purpose). Overall everything was satisfying, but it seems that if there are BBQ grill facilities at night it's more fun! (hopefully it can be a consideration). Unfortunately because yesterday there were only 2 guests in the cabana, not all of the cabins had the terrace lights turned on, so it was really dark, the pool was also dark, maybe next time even though not all of the cabins are filled you can just turn on the porch lights so it's not too dark.

Happy kids, friendly service, fast process. Food is ok. Access to the hotel for car intersections must be slightly pulled over before you can interchange between cars.

First time staying at Metro Valley on a weekday, the atmosphere is very comfortable for healing. Best view request approved. It's just a shame that the famous cool towel art request at this hotel was not approved by the hotel. Room cleanliness is okay, food in my opinion is a bit salty, maybe it can be improved next time. Breakfast selected menu due to low occupancy, but quite a lot of it. After asking for permission to be taken to the room it is allowed. Next time will come back here again because it is comfortable.
