Staff are very nice and helpful. Do not accept staying in room 1910. The air coming from the AC is toxic, Smells like you are standing in traffic.

Everythings afe great! Water heater well function, lamp, television, & they accept our request, but just one decreasing my review is the air conditioner just unadjustable, until I call the house keeping but just still same, to hot to inside roon with that temprature 🥲.

I was stay here for 2 nights. It 's pleasured to have staycation here, friendly and helpful stafs. Huge rooms and clean, my toddler really comfort. Thanks a lot for the service.

Had a short and great stay. The staff is very nice and kind. Basic stuff like towel and soap are ready to use in the room, only toothbrush and toothpaste isn't available. Hotel room is also clean. They have shuttle bus to airport and it ' s free, make sure to check the schedule on reception. They can help you with wakeup call as well (PS; They will knock the door).

My second time here. The room was as great as before, and the check-in process was smooth. My only problem is with the restaurant, the drinks were so-so, but the foods are not recommended. Too bad, cause if they had upgraded the restaurant a bit, I would have given a perfect review. But other than that, it is still a very recommended place to stay in Kelapa Gading. Affordable and awesome-ly comfortable.
