The pool looks nice from the pictures but is so old and dirty. The staff was not helpful at all when I wanted to book another night they wouldn't give me the same price as online. They were very rude when asking for plastic spoon to eat nasi camper inside. Bathroom was dirty and the towels were stained.

Old hotel need some fixes here and there since buildings already old and can see water crack here and there. The best thing is staff are super friendly, they know how to serve customers well.

Very good service. The staff is friendly. There is a welcome drink upon check in. Rooms and toilets are comfortable and clean. Hot water is available and uneventful. TV channels vary and there are channels from cable TV. Breakfast menu is pretty good. The mothers at the restaurant are very friendly, helpful and informative. Available motorcycle rental with competitive price. Wifi should be improved in quality.

The hotel is old-fashioned so it doesn't look like there is a luxury swimming pool ... and it is located in a small alley. So to access a super complicated car and the parking lot can fit 5 cars especially in the Legian area the condition is indeed crowded. But for those who want to walk around Legian ... it's close to the place ... just walk, but the price is quite affordable
