Worst ever. Dusty, still a lot of dirt on the linens. Pillow even worse. Asked to change the linens and just the same. Not even have a sleep here. Check out in the night. Leave my other 3 days here.

The area is quite strategic near the station and several malls, but unfortunately when choosing the first room it was beyond expectations. Many were damaged, the water wasn't hot, it was stuffy because there were no windows, the AC wasn't cold, I tried to fix it last night but I couldn't sleep well, finally upgraded to a bigger one. There are quite a lot of places to put it, there are windows, the AC is still hard to cool, the water isn't hot, unfortunately every time the staff is asked the answers don't make sense. But the staff are all friendly, plus you can take as much water as you like at the dispenser. The lighting is lacking, so I was hesitant about continuing to stay here. Because it's uncomfortable to see people staying overnight. Even though there is quite a family too. It's not comfortable. In the morning, when I went out to get drinking water, there were people on the stairs, who I thought were hotel staff / people staying there too. It turned out that it was rude to ask people to enter my room. Maybe the hotel is also a sales place. But not everyone who stays there is the same. Please be careful for women who are alone staying here. And just reading the reviews, it turns out there are more negatives than positives. Hopefully there can be improvements.

My first time staying here for 4 days. The receptionists and employees are very friendly and professional. But for the atmosphere in the room, it is very disappointing, the lights are very dim like a lack of electricity and for towels, pillows, the color sheets are very wrinkled, it's not worth using, then for a broken TV, why install it in the room, it's useless, you can't watch TV too, the hot water sometimes comes out sometimes no. Hopefully the quality can be improved again.

Really does not match the photos and descriptions listed on the application. 1. The elevator doesn't work so if you get a room on the 5th floor, you have to go through the stairs. 2. Breakfast only boxed rice + glass mineral water. 3. The bathroom is very dirty, the flush closed doesn't work so it has to be flushed using a shower. 4. Dirty bed linen. 5. Bathroom towels smell musty.

Not according to expectations for the facilities, the photos in the application are very, very different from the original state. The head pillow is very yellow, the pillowcase is yellow. I've made a complaint. Because very, very uncomfortable with the state of the hotel. It's really not recommended to be marketed.

I changed rooms 2 times when I checked in. It's the craziest hotel I've ever been. Just found out there are far worse quality hotels than inns that are even cleaner than this. I didn't stay overnight, the money couldn't be refunded, that's okay. I'm so tired. I'm here because it's managed and I'm amazed that the hotel I've stayed at is really good. It turns out that at this price rate, the quality is very dirty and bad. Very not recommended.

Just saw the room, immediately checked out because the situation was much different from the photo shown, it was clean when it arrived, it was really dirty, didn't even take care of the pillow until it was on an island, I just couldn't put my head on the bed.
