Wonderful Hotel🩷- the room is very clean with beautiful view, pajamas and socks are inclusive as well as the amenities 🌸. Dinner and breakfast are available with delicious selection👌🏻. The best part is the private hot spring facility - open air and nice experience 🥰.

Room, location. Was great. Breakwast was delicious, but room for breakfast not big enough for hotel guests.

Clean and modern hotel. Location was convenient. But bad customer understanding. Our group of 12 (including 2 kids age 5 and 8) already booked 5 rooms but the hotel management still insisted that we need to book another room to accommodate the extra 2 kids). They simply won't allow our kids to stay with us in the same room. We pleaded and not a single f was given. In the end we booked another room. Just a disappointing experience.

The rooms are big, a bit old school, but all the facilities needed are ranging from whirlpool, hairdryer, vise, to karokean in the room. The service is very okay, when we request halal food they also try to prepare, who own this hotel is very friendly. The only drawback is that the location is quite difficult if you want to take a free bus to Gotenba outlet. If you want to use a taxi, everything will be okay because the distance is close.
