Nice hotel and perfect location at shinjuku. Good staff, good breakfast and over all ok. in lobby have coffee, tea, water free for wing international customer. we happy stay at here... thanks traveloka.

Reception is very welcome and so helpful but for cleaning room is very bad, housekeeping just make a bed and not change the linen everyday even I already put the note on the door.
