I reserved View Kabah room but I receive not View Kabah room, very bad

Everything is good except internet … the wifi is very slow and sometimes off.

Somehow stated as 5*, but food variety same or even less compared to 4* in Indonesia, trust me you do need more comparison study to Jakarta. I've spent almost half hour in restaurant area for breakfast and got some point that most of visitor come from indonesia/malaysia, but none of indonesian channel television, please be more fair to entertain the guests, with such global, not so difficult to have contract for airing Indonesia news channel. No mention for south east asian simple-food -but-so-tasty (I do believe much more cheap but more delicious) to serve as well, believe me gulf peole, south asianl like it a lot. Room soudproffness? Oh my, I can hear cleary what housekeeping whispering behind my door, you do have wide gap between door and floor tile, check it on #2036, I use towel to reduce the noise from alley. Also from connecting door, we hear voices easliy from next room. Hot water and its pressure is excellent. Refrigerator is available but empty, again its very uncommon in indonesia for 5* hotel to serve guest with empty fridge, milk, juice, chocolate bar, coffee (can) even soda is common service standard. Water heater for coffee? Yeah, in Indonesia (still) we serve with espresso grinder. But the location is perfect, number elevator OK, I'm impressed with 3,5ton Kone lift (50 passenger) from ground level to P11, very smooth lift. One thing, even I come late for check in still you need extra 30 minutes to prepare the room. Express check out, good. View? We can only see some tower of third expansion and ground area between daarel tawhid and third expansion building, with glass window that some apots of birdmess. I hope some poits mentioned, got attention. Will I'm back? Well let see, I'm trying to compare with other tower of zam zam tower. With such competition, guets should has benefit on that. But with sajajdah, quran, adzan sound from masjdiil harom its a very big big different, like it a lot. For indonesian, please prepare your visa softcopy, you may print from mofa ksa website, but I think the rules should need only pasport number and its softcopy, its linked with the visa I think, trust me receptionist won't give you any help, he only nod, saying "we need your visa" that's it. Different level service I think, different culture also, different regulations and guests must live with it.

An extraordinary experience nothing less all comfortable delicious breakfast.
