Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. Hotel room is very spacious and clean; it has all the necessities you need. We had an extra bed in our room and there is still a lot of space left. Very satisfied with our stay, a big plus for us is unlimited water bottles which meant we didn’t have to bring back water bottles to the room and that was awesome! Walking distance and it’s covered bridge to 1 Utama mall which is soo huge and literally has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.

The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys

Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
