The service, staffs, room accommodation, cleanliness and everything are all chef’s kiss ~ 😘 My boyfriend and I felt like the experience is so surreal because it’s too good to be true 😆 The staffs, environment and the complimentary things they’ve prepared in the room made us feel very much welcome. At that price the facilities are quite complete. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. The staff is very helpful, every time you need room service it is always provided and attended to. The staff is also quick to respond if there are problems and need help. If I go to Penang again, I will definitely stay at Berjaya again.

No television in my room, I don't know that is standard or not. Many hotels that I had visisted the room has television.
