It's a nice place to stay especially for a long layover flights. They are very accommodating, nice food from the lounge and clean/comfortable guest room.

Great airport hotel to stay in at KLIA airside. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, nice shower in the bathroom. Everything we needed for a good night's rest before a connecting flight the next day. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I had a 14 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur, I booked a stay at the Sama Sama express, check in was easy and the room was comfortable, it allowed me to get a good 8 hours sleep, in addition I took dinner, which had a good selection of international food. I would recommend this hotel if you have a long lay over. It allowed me to sleep and get a shower before the next flight which I boarded feeling fresh. A good place to stay for a night.

Super clean and spacious room with runway view. Very well insulated so no problems sleeping. Fast check in which is always appreciated after a long flight. I've used this hotel service before and will definitely use it again. I had 12 hours in the airport between flights but even for shorter stays if five to six hours it is very very welcome.
