Cleanliness must be considered to make customers happy and more relax to stay.
Service was bad. And insist for deposit RM50. Breakfast was bad. They ask me to pay for extra charge when I asked for 2 eggs, as they say only 1 egg to each guest. First time I encounter hotel ask me to pay for extra egg. The lift only goes up to 5th floor, if you are carrying heavy stuff, then request for 5th floor or lower as their highest floor is 6th floor.
Smoking smell, bad smell on the towel.
The air con has not been service for a long time. Except for location wise the room need to be spruce up.
It was a nice hotel. Checked in at 12.30am, check out time is 12pm. I requested for late check out at 2pm as I needed to attend a funeral wake at 11am but was told that I have to pay a fee of RM30. After discussion, I was allowed to checked out latest by 1pm. Everything is fine except the water heater was not working. I did informed the receptionist upon checking out.
For a budget stay it's fine. Room stinks. Toilet floor oily. Counter staff not very friendly. Massage was bad, mine actually asleep.
huge room, just that the toilet is difficult to flush
Very difficult to find the hotel since no sign of it outside the hotel. It was written Sawasdee outside the hotel. Then when I was checking in, the receptionist is very unprofessional. It took more than half an hour to do check in procedure ,although I'm the only one guess. The room is very small.
They have great thai massage! Good deal for short escape. Clean, affordable price and friendly staff.
Suitable for couple, massage is good, price is good also.

Not bad at all for the price
Stayed there for a night. Room looked clean at first glance. Toilet got urine smell. Pillow covers yellowish. Certainly dont looked fresh. Room got very strong detergent smell that took a while to disappear. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location almost perfect. Breakfast was simple fried noodles etc. To my pleasant surprise, the fried noodles and its sambal chilli was easily one of the tastiest i ever had. Green bean soup was superb as well.. way better than what i bought outside. TV channels virtually non existence. Overall this hotel is alright considering the price you pay. But only for 1 or max 2 nights. I will come back for sure.

I was given a room on the 6th floor. The lift only stopped at 5th floor. Guests on 6th floor would need to climb up a shabby staircase. At night, the staircase looked extremely spooky with lights flickering. Wall papers along the corridor outside the rooms were peeling. In the room, the toilet bowl is not working well. When I booked through Hotel. com, the description said the room can accommodate a roll over. So I requested for an extra bed. The roll-over extra bed turned up to be just a thin piece of mattress, like a yoga mat. This thin mat cost RM30. The cups were not clean. One of them even had a ring of coffee stain around the rim of the cup. The buffet breakfast that came with the room had only 3 items, fried beehoon, fried rice and sunny side up (no other choices of eggs).

Just go somewhere better
Visited this place for 2D1N. Glad we only stayed there for a short amount of time. I guess the biggest downfall was the toilet. The toilet flushing system was seriously flawed with not having enough water in the flushing system. Called up the "maintenance" people to help out but they could not solve the problem. In the end, had to put the hose into the system to keep it refilled with water. Also shower head was on and off at times. Water pressure was so low you'd think it was on at the lowest level. We suspected it was linked to the toilet water that's why pressure level was so low as the water had to be divided among the toilet bowl and the shower head. Also, the pressure of the water was inconsistent. Also, do not expect any customer service from the front desk. They don't even direct you to the lift. We had to explore around before knowing how to get to 6 floor as the lift only had up till 5. During check out we went to what seemed like a checkout counter. Apparently it was not. But the girl sitting at that counter did not even direct us to the right one or even tell us we were waiting at the wrong counter until we asked her. Had us standing there like fools. Overall cleanliness of the room was not to standard. Stray tiny pieces of hair could be found at the table sides. At least properly wipe the table. One of the mugs provided was stained brown with coffee at the rim. Disgusting. We requested for a non smoking room, but they gave us a smoking room. lol. Requested for additional "bed" for RM30 which in turn they gave us a dirty brown mattress. I had to wipe it several times with tissues as it was so so dirty and dusty. What a waste of money. Wanted to change rooms but apparently, they were full. I guess it is only worth it for a short stay and you get what you pay for. But I will not return to this place ever again.

Cheap and reasonable
It's a good one if you are looking to just spend a night or two with little budget. Noting special as I stayed in a deluxe without window. Even though it doesn't come with mini bar but there are eateries nearby KSL. Overall, a present stay.

No maintenance
Visited this place for the thai massage/spa later 2015 when they were fairly new. It was great at the time - for a reasonable massage fee you could also get some sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room time, and some snacks. Things were quite modern with tap bracelets to your locker. Came back last weekend with a couple girlfriends and were quite disappointed. Nothing had been upkept. The wallpaper had peeled off the walls, there were broken doors, steam room wasnt working, jacuzzi wasnt heated, lockers were unprepared - at random, at least 3/4 lockers no pyjamas, 3/4 no disposable underwear, 3/4 no hair net, there wasn't any soap. Food was alright for the price, very generic stuff, but cant complain. The massage itself was fine, except the massuers talked and laughed loudly in Thai the entire time across rooms and halls so it wasnt exactly peaceful. Then mine asked many questions from my appearance, to why I didn't take a bigger package, or a longer timing, or how often I got massages etc. I find these extremely invasive and rather annoying when I'm trying to relax. Also, what I assumed was a wait for a tip (but i had left all my valuables in the lockers downstairs). There are plenty other places that offer these servies and amenities in JB that have a better level of customer service/relations. All in all, I probably won't come back after this experience.
