Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a ton of cool amenities. The hotel app is amazing too - you can do everything through it, like book a massage, make restaurant reservations, and even get a ride. It’s all very well-organized.

The property is beautiful and always clean. The staff ensures that the guests are well taken care of at all times. The entertainment was great big there could be a bit more workout during the week like the water aerobics and Zumba it was only once. The spa is so beautiful and the food choices could add a little turkey bacon for breakfast as there was no meat option for a non pork eater at breakfast. Get rid of the hamburgers at the fast food options because everyone is wasting them since they are not good at all. They need frozen drinks at every bar since it is so hot, some bars o ly had ice adding bot frozen aside from this the trip was fabulous and the resort is so good

Property is very nice. They should more emphasis on customer interaction at the check in and check out desk. It was very insulting after check out when they told to take the ride from the main road. I walked all the way with my luggage to get on my Uber. I will suggest people to avoid the the advertisement of the oasis luxury whick killed my 3 hours for nothing. Also when any questions are asked at the desks there were no proper answers. Otherwise the property is amazing to stay. I suggest everyone to stay in that property.

Wow! I don’t usually write bad reviews. It has to be something big for me to do this. Four of us booked a trip 7/26-7/30 to this place which I stay here almost monthly just to add to it. We checked in. No big deal. However my oldest son wasn’t coming and then his prior engagements changed his availability. So I booked a second room for him as there was four of us. I figured we would just split. Anyhow, I messed up and made a mistake. I booked the correct days but wrong month. I tried to get it changed. I offered to pay difference. Offered to cancel and refund and rebook. No no no. So now no place for my son. Ok I get it. I messed the dates up. But can’t we just change the booking? Nope…. Offered to pay fees too. I go to reception because now left with no choices. Book a third reservation. They tell me to wait till end of day in case they resolve it. Nope they didn’t. They did assure me if waited they would let me book a third reservation and there was availability. I listened. Came back that afternoon and nope no rooms. Now WTH am I gonna do. While I sit there them telling me no more rooms. I go on Expedia and book third room. But yep different building than the family. Wow they sure know how to treat guests. Never again.

Nice property but needs updating. If you’re looking for a time on the beach - there was no beach - ocean too rough to try to get in. Food very average (no seafood was offered at the buffet). No frozen drinks available on property. Room - l got the “connecting” room. There was no noice barrier. Coffee maker did not work. I asked twice to have it replaced- never happened- used coffee shop instead. There is “safe” in the room but you need to pay extra for a key!

This has been my second time staying at Oasis, my family and I were not satisfied. When I booked this hotel it said all inclusive which is not, most of the restaurant you need to paid to have dinner and the ones that are available you need to wait for almost 2 hours to have dinner. Only the buffets were available which is always the same food. I would definitely to go to a different hotel the next time I'm in cancun.

Me and my wife were traveling with our 2 year old. We specifically picked this hotel because they had a nice kids area. When we get to the resort we went straight to the kids area and we’re told that our 2 year old is not allowed in because it’s for children 4 and up and no parents allowed!!!! Talked to multiple different staff and we were not allowed access in. Nowhere on the website says this!!! Had we known this we would have stayed at a different resort!!! Food was terrible, pool was nice.

There were not enough food options, everything depended on your bracelet level, and the staff was not kind enough. WIFI didn't work in the room, too much noise in the back of the room, and the room was not cleaned well. Restaurants had to wait too long, and the service was poor.

Definitivamente, la peor experiencia que he tenido en mis vacaciones. Fui con parte de mi familia. Reservé 2 habitaciones, ya que iban mis padres, mi tía, mi esposo, mis hijos y yo. Al llegar, pagamos 42 dólares extra por habitación, supuestamente por higienización. Luego fuimos a comer; la comida supermala y mala presentación. He ido a otros hoteles en Cancún que la comida tiene un sabor inigualable; en este fue todo lo contrario, la mayoría de las comidas sin sabor. Luego fuimos a la piscina y no pudimos disfrutarla, ya que estaba supercaliente; parecía que estubieramos en una SAUNA. De hecho, TODO el hotel estaba muy caliente; deberían tener más ventiladores y aire acondicionado. Yo entiendo que esta época es caliente, pero yo soy de un país muy caliente, que es RD, y les cuento que las piscinas no están como un sauna. En la parte en que me quedé había dos elevadores y uno de ellos no estaba en servicio. Dentro del elevador entraban hasta 10 personas apretadas y no tenía aire. Lamentablemete no tuve buena expericia en este hotel

Do not choose oasis go to the pyramid there’s a difference. There were bugs the furniture is our dated, the shower wasn’t clean hair was on the wall, it’s small the Ac didn’t work and I had to pay to get a better room. No form of remorse or care. Mold was in the room and my son is allergic but no care. I would not stay here again if they paid me.

I didn’t realize until the next day that there were different kinds of wristbands, each offering different levels of access. Some wristbands come with better dining options, room upgrades, and closer locations—so you don’t have to walk a mile just to get to everything. Basically, the more you pay, the better service, food, and room you get.

Do not choose oasis go to the pyramid there’s a difference. There were bugs the furniture is our dated, the shower wasn’t clean hair was on the wall, it’s small the Ac didn’t work and I had to pay to get a better room. No form of remorse or care. Mold was in the room and my son is allergic but no care. I would not stay here again if they paid me.

I didn’t realize until the next day that there were different kinds of wristbands, each offering different levels of access. Some wristbands come with better dining options, room upgrades, and closer locations—so you don’t have to walk a mile just to get to everything. Basically, the more you pay, the better service, food, and room you get.
