Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.

I arrived at 12, there was no one at front desk, I needed to figure out what I do with the luggage, I waited 20 mins no one was there. At checkin no explanation of what the property amenities are, I figured it out later. They need to hire better customer service centric staff. Also elevator stopped working but luckily was fixed <24 hours

The room was clean, though the coffee machine and an old pod left in.
The tv does not have normal terrestrial channels you can only stream if you can work out how to link.
The breakfast was good but basic.
The staff was friendly whenever you needed their help.

IT WAS AMAZING. The Staff were ALL POLITE and VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very calm and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. I have told many people about the hotel. We would definitely stay here if we returned to Rotterdam.
