First of all the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful at everything, thumbs up to that! The facilities are superb! It's near everything from banks, drugstores and restaurants and there is a grocery store where you can buy your needs! They do housekeeping everyday to keep your room clean and change your beddings and towels and also they are trustworthy too! Kudos to Leez Inn! Gonna stay there again when I come back! 😊

It was a great one night stay with Paragon Tower. The rooms are big and clean. We booked family rooms. And we are 8 pax each room. It should be only 6 per room. But we added 2 more each room. The lady in the reception (i forgot her name) she is the best! She accommodated us with a smile and fixed our rooms so we can all stay there. May God bless you. Paragon Tower. Strategic location, near LRT station and very easy to find. Nice neighborhood and very safe for traveler. It's super near to SM City Sta Mesa Mall, so it's easy for me to buy any necessity in the supermarket. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staffs are helpful and friendly! If I'm back to Manila, I'll be staying there again. Love it!

Efficient water source/flow even in higher floors. Room was spacious and semi furnished. Staffs and security guards were friendly and accommodating. The owner and her staff were accommodating. Our room was clean and smelled nice. My husband and daughter loved the place because it has a lap and kiddie pools and kid's playroom. It is also situated near malls, convenience stores and food places. Will definitely go back.

It takes 1 hour for them to accommodate us. Also the receptionist are not good in giving customer service. They will assist you only if they knew you are rich but when they saw you wearing normal clothes, they don't give the treatment they are giving to some. The place and rooms are good but the customer service is terrible.

Bathroom tiles beed general/deep cleaning. Tile grout were blacken in almost all areas. Towels are no longer in good condition/appearance-hardened fiber and seemingly near its life. Elevator going up to 14th floor produced squicky sounds and lights were flicking. Toilet mirror not practical-reflecting too huge replica. Water supply in wash basin was too weak. The only good thing is that it is near where my appointment is. Staff were friendly particularly the guards.

I had a great time staying in Bayview Park Hotel Manila. All staff are helpful, very responsive and accommodating. And this hotel is very child-friendly.

Room is dusty , while sleeping I was bitten by mosquitos mites etc. So uncomfortable.First time I experienced in a hotel. I would categorize it Inn or lodging not a hotel. Lights are dark. Remote are not working. Disgusting

Though it 's a classic hotel. But I like the hospitality and most of all the cleanliness. Thanks if I have transactions in the near future I will surely come back and recommend. The free hot/cold water dispenser outside the rooms are also great and it was clean and well maintained.
