Nice!! Suitable for backpacking travel
- Business travel
The bed was great and had a good quality mattress, nice to have a curtain that went around the bed. However, there isn't much space in the narrow hallway to hangout and is not conducive for socialising with other travellers. so I found it annoying that some travellers would socialise in the bedroom till late at night. There are only 2 bathrooms which are smelly and very mouldy. the ceilings are covered in black mould. The breakfast was disappointing and you had to walk for 10 minutes down the road to a cafe to get it, toast that was hardly cooked, with nasty margarine, cheap jam and a grey boiled egg (yes the white part of the egg was actually grey) and tea or coffee, woman serving couldn't speak English very well. Also, the hostel is quite far away from the main part of Little India. I only stayed here because I got an incredibly good discount.
- Shopping & Culinary
Bad experience in this hostel. Bad service and hospitality, the staff was impolite, came in our room with the access card himself (we are all girls!), the room is freaking stuffy and hot and we can't control the AC system, the bed is not clean and have bedbug! I won't suggest you to stay here if you are travelling in Singapore.
- Backpacking
Minutes walk to MRT station. Staffs are very helpful. Walking distance to Mustafa shopping center and food court.
- Backpacking
Good hostel to backpacker. I’d love to back there.

Great bathrooms inside the dorm
- Backpacking
The good: 1. Check in 24 hours. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Clean bathroom, hot/cold water, shampoo and soap dispenser, sprayer in the toilet. 4. Near bus stop. 5. 10 min. to Mustafa by walking. 6. Free mineral water, tea, and coffee. 7. They provide hair dryer, iron, towel, and blanket. 8. Air con room. 9. Fair breakfast. 10. Curtain in each bed. 11. Private access and locker. The bad: 1. They didn't change the sheet and pillow case (found somebody's hair, not mine). 2. My friends got itches because of the bed bugs! 3. A little bit noisy.
- Backpacking
Each dorm has their own bathrooms so don't have to go out of a bath! Which is great.
- Backpacking
The breakfast simply not hygiene, the person who prepared the breakfast never use glove and after make cleaning just wash her hand using water only Dan don't bother to dry her hand and straight away prepare toast with her wet and dirty hand.
- Backpacking
A little bit far from MRT station but staff are friendly, can give information clearly

Good hostel and nice staff
This hostel is a bit but still walkable from MRT. There is free breakfast included in a restaurant nearby and the staff is so kind. Darwin showed me where to visit and how to get there. Also helped me about places to eat. The other girls and guys are also very nice. Free coffee and tea, plus fresh water for drinking all day long. Nearby that are restaurants and 7/11 shops. The common area is pretty small. Wifi works very well! I initially booked 2 nights but ended up staying 5 nights! I recommend it !

Great location, great hostel
Initially only suppose to stay 3 nights and extended it 2 more nights. With everything so expensive in Singapore we found this hostel great value for money. The location was very good. Only a few minutes walk to bus stop or MRT (suggest getting a MRT card - travelling so cheap and easy to get around everywhere). The wifi was excellent both in the lobby and rooms. Fast enough to download movies. The dorms were lovely and quiet (for the most part - suggest bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.. there can be serious snorers at times!!) The only negative I have is the bathrooms are tiny and only two per dorm. Not enough room to move around or get dressed in. If someone is in the shower, the ground and toilet will be wet (shower just over toilet). Other than that we thought it was a great hostel and Singapore is amazing.

Decent hostel with great location
This place is perfect for you, who wants to stay for a few night in Singapore, with a good location for a cheap price. 5 min walk from a great mall center and 4 min to the nearest mrt station. The hostel is inspired by the 60's in Singapore, cute idea - doesn't work that well though. Beds have curtains for nice privacy. Rooms are super clean, really helpful staff, free towel rent is available on request. Including a very simple breakfast and locks. The shared bathrooms could do a better cleaning.. But they do have hot water and a nice shower. It's only the small stuff that makes this a 4 instead of 5, so I definitely recommend this place to singles and couples who need a safe place for their bags a day and a comfy bed at night.

Gloomy Hostel
I went to Singapore in December 2016.The hostel look pathetic, dark, gloomy and dirty.I stayed there for a few nights, the staff didn't offer me towel and they never changed the bedsheets at all.The bed had fleas and my skin was full with red spots from the bitings. The staff weren't friendly and one of them apparently never had bath and she smelled like rotten egg.
