My first 5* hotel staycation and it does not disappoint me. Worth every single cents I paid. Hotel amenities is complete and of quality. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious that I finished all things served. Will come back for more stays if possible.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I ask for connecting room, the hotel location is amazing, easy access to mall or MRT, the room is clean, bed are comfy and I love water bottle compliment from the hotel. love it and definitely will be back there.

This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel. It’s located right beside Bugis Junction offering easy transport connections and a convenient location. The hotel food options are excellent as are the staff and rooms.

The hotel was amazing. Service was great. The Concierge Shashika was amazing with the recommendation for food and sightseeing. Location was central and the train station was less than 2 minutes.

The Intercontinental is my favorite hotel no matter where I’m visiting in the World. The Intercontinental in Singapore was excellent. From our check in to the end of our stay, our experience exceeded our expectations. This exceptional hotel is because of its staff. Special acknowledgement goes to the doormen, who welcome with a smile.

The location is super convenient to shopping and eating. The hotel is very nice and decor is spectacular. The only downside is the water is at a set temp and just feel hot and not like other hotels that you can take a nice photo bath. I never found this situation in any hotels that I have been in Asia. Overall I ha d wonderful stay at the hotel and will come back again and recommend any one who has not tried.

Intercontinental Singapore is a lovely hotel . The Lounge Lobby lovely to eat or have a drink . The breakfast is one of the best.
The room however we were put in which was in the heritage wing had not been used for a very long time. The mini bar empty and not turned on . The curtains had trouble opening then . Floor boards had deep scratches on them . The reception phone not working. Also long walk from reception. I’ve stayed in a classic room before in this hotel and there is no comparison. Was disappointed in the room for the money paid.

Not worth the price. Not very easy to get a cab quickly. Rooms are very tired and Club room food and wine selection is not very good.
