I had a good time on this hotel. Exactly the relaxation I need. I arrived around 3AM and was able to get a good room with kinimal additional charge. The best past when I checked out and left my baggage to do city tours. I went back for it around 8PM and asked if I can use their restroom to change. They offered me to use the Spa facility instead. That means I get to have a good shower, sauna and use the massage chair to relax my feet. The location is good but a bit of walk to the nearest MRT. If you’re into cabs then that won't be an issue.

The room is 99 % clean (-1 % for 1 curly hair noted in the bath tub upon checking in 🤢). Universal power outlet is provided and the breakfast was awesome.

Very good service staff. But the room condition is not good. Old hotel condition Is like renting only the 7th floor and 8th floor to open as a hotel only Choose a non-smoking zone. But at night the cigarette smell entered the room. Like windows, does not protect against odor or use air ducts And the smell floated up and not sure

It was a terrible stay. No one explained what to expect, amenities, breakfast hours, and other important details about our stay for 5 days. Frontdesk lady was rude when I asked about their tour packages bec she could not understand me. She should be fired because she does not know how to treat guests well enough. I will tell my friends not to stay at Delight hotel when they visit Taiwan. It was my second visit in Taiwan and choosing Delight was a mistake. Btw, that lady in frontdesk was the key of my dissatisfaction. She is wearing glasses with hair above her shoulders.
