Location is very good, Bur the major complaint I had is I asked front desk for housekeeping twice and room was not cleaned at all. Did not ask much but this is supposed to be very basic request.

We stayed here before a flight. The location was convenient for the airport and the staff helped to arrange a taxi at 3am to the airport.

Very clean hostel even with the shared bathroom. Also front staff was very kind and welcoming! I felt safe as a solo female traveler! Will stay at again!

Cleanliness, quit, close to the airport and shopping center

Cheap and quiet which was perfect for our layover since we just wanted to sleep. No frills, shared bathroom but so cheap.

Very utilitarian, but spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and everything I needed for a quick stay before taking my flight the next day.

I had a last minute change to my itinerary and needed a place to stay on short notice. Lutel jumped in to save the day. I think it's excellent value for the money, as the rooms and shared washroom are overall clean. I do think some of the details could use work (some mold on curtains, dusty behind the bed and on the floorboards) but I am not complaining for their rate. It is also a bit hard to find and there's not much in the area other than the surrounding outlet malls. Five stars all around for the staff however, they were incredibly kind and helpful in printing documents and accommodating my last minute booking. Plus it's close to the airport.

The bedding looked clean and felt fresh. The communal bathroom is reasonably clean.

I had a layover and I decided to stay here. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was about $12. (Slightly overcharged if you take a cab from the hotel to the airport, the hotel charges a flat fee). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very small, simple, and clean. I was very tired and needed to sleep so it was exactly what I was looking for. The shared bathroom/shower area was very clean as well. One thing I noticed was that the walls are so thin that you can hear everything outside of the room. The girl who was in the room across my room was on the phone and I could hear everything. The alarm went off from the next room in the morning but the walls are so thin I thought it was my phone. He/she didn't turn it off and I ended up waking up much earlier than originally planned. If you want a good night sleep I highly recommend you have ear plugs or noise cancelling ear buds for your stay. Over all I liked the location, the price and the cleanliness and will definitely recommend this hotel:)
