The cutest homestay ever. The owner and staffs are really friendly and helpful. You can book a tour (I booked a private tour to Floating and Train Market) from the home stay and the owner will take you by their own car. The location of the homestay is so convenient. You can get to Khao San road within 5 minutes walk. Or call a grab driver to pretty much every famous attractions in Bangkok, since the home stay is right in the middle.

Good place to stay.. although it was small.. and i have to carry my big luggage my self to the 2nd floor without any lift,just manual stairs.. but it's oke.. The receptionist is an asian too i think she is a Philippines.. she was so nice.. good english and she help me to order a grab with her phone..and it was cheaper than booked with my phone.. good recommend to stay.. and near khaosan road.. 5 minutes walk 👍

Family vacation

Really friendly staff (Bonus! She was a Filipino, so we communicated really easily in our language) Room was clean, air conditioner was really cold, Room provided with towel and hair dryer, breakfast was cereals, bread, milk, coffee, etc from 8-10am. Walls are kind of thin though, you can hear whenever the people in other rooms are being TOO loud (like a baby crying during our time) it was worth it for its price.

Baan Bangkok is near Khao San road and the famous tourist spots in Bangkok like Grand palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. We weren't able to try their breakfast but I was told it consists of bread, cereals, jam and coffee. Room is spacious and clean. For its price though, it is expensive compared to other hostels or guesthouses that offer more.
