5 Stars Hotels in Ayutthaya District, Thailand

We were quite shocked by the hotel aged appearance and cleanliness. No soap / shampoo. No small towels. Water was not hot enough, just a little warmer than room temp. Wifi was not steady and not strong at all.

Everything was good but Wi-Fi did not work well.

Feel like I was in my house, so happy there.

staff was not friendly/photos seen were too good

Outside was looking gorgeous, but inside the room wasn't clean at all, bathroom was bad, set up was not properly , security was a nice guy,

The staff was very nice, the room was comfortable.
