We are very satisfied with the hotel service. I come with my mom and my little son 4 years old, room is clean and have sea view, downstairs is big shopping mall, very convenient. Hotel lobby outside have big pool, my son was be there whole days to play and swimming, nice time in pattaya!

Loud music being played at a near by thai club 5.30pm until the early hours of the morning, according to the Grass staff this is every day, they are giving out ear plugs which don't work. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free, very poor.

The room is spacious, clean and the view is awesome, close to the beach and restaurants is nearby, breakfast have lots of variants worth for the price and will back again if I come to Pattaya thanks.

When checking in, the receptionist asks for 500 Baht for room deposit, and they can not speak in English. So far the room is good. WiFi connection is bad
