The atmosphere is great here A lounge area and pool are beautiful. Really unique There's a leopard with birds to play with.
Fairtex is a nice hotel, both in terms of services and also the condition of the rooms.
Expensive when compared with the size.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed at!!! Please listen to me and stay away from this place.
Sorry but this review is going to be rather lengthy but very detailed and before I write it, I need you to know that this review is the truth. I've stayed in many of hotels but nothing like this. The Reception area is beautiful however only the rich and famous get to actually stay in this part of the hotel complex. If you do book then do not book the standard room as you are taken off in a golf buggy down the road from the hotel and you stay where all the Muay Thai Boxers live which is nothing like the hotel actually advertises or reflects. In our room we were infested and I mean infested with Cockroaches on the second day!! We reported this to reception who were very rude by the way and we had to move out of our room for one night. The room they moved us too was far smaller and smelt terrible. The following morning I spoke with who they said was the Manager and I asked to be upgraded to the main hotel area to which I was told point blank not a chance!! I argued till I was blue in the face but sadly to no avail. The Manager said the room had been fumigated and there would be no more Cockroaches and if there was he would upgrade us free of charge. Two days later the air conditioning unit was weeping water all over the floor. I reported this but again no one came to check or rectify. The following day the bathroom started to leak water all over the floor and through the door to where the bed was situated! again this was reported and all they did was put an extra towel on the floor. The following day returned the Cockraoches in force again reported to reception and asked to be moved and upgraded as promised by the Manager a few days ago, however the Manager was no where to be found and the rude receptionist informed that the Manager would contact me when he was back on shift. This again never happened, by now the air conditioning was worsening and so was the leak in the bathroom. Eventually the poor chambermaid arranged for an engineer to come to the room when he did he stripped down the entire air conditioning unit and was spraying it with water whilst doing so he was soaking my girlfriends clothes and shoes without a care in the world. The hotel had staff on the door to stop me taking photographs of this happening. We finally decided that this was too much to take any longer and checked out of this hell hole. When we checked out I made the receptionist aware of all these problems and she never even tried to get us to stay at the hotel offer us an upgrade and not even a simple apology. I am currently in the process of complaining and I want compensating for this hotel ruined our summer holiday. I know some people on here expect the world and seem to moan for the sake of it but I promise you I am not like that, however this place takes the P!!!!!! I warn you please really reconsider staying here.

My partner was really excited to bring me here s he has trained at Fairtex many times before. Let me start by saying this is a great place to stay for sport or health/fitness lovers - it has a fully equipped gym, pool, tennis course and of course Muay Thai training. That was all class, no issues here. Next door is a Raw Foods Cafe that has smoothie bowls and protein smoothies too - delightful. However the hotel itself is 3 star at best, our room was average with an average bathroom and average interiors. The taps leaked so we couldn't even use the hot tap for the sink, the shower pressure was terrible and to flush the toilet you literally have to hold down the button for a good 1-2 minutes while it flushes. This all pales in comparison to the fact that the hotel grounds has now become somewhat of a mini zoo. For compassionate travellers such as myself who would never step foot in a zoo or prison like the tiger and elephant places around, I found my stay to be really upsetting. Those poor Servals pace in their tiny cage all day, miserable with their existence. There are owls in temperatures much too hot than their natural habitat, snakes sharing a small enclosure and worst of all, tiny baby monkeys clearly taken from their Mothers and shut away in a cage so small.. So I now appeal to the owner - you do not need to exploit these animals, your facilities appear popular enough. I will never return and will be telling everyone to avoid.

Great idea and great facility BUT....
We booked Muay thai day class and really enjoyed it, well at least my bf did. They have great facilities, good shower and change rooms, gym looked very functional, boxing ring was nice as well. You can rent everything, from towel to boxing gloves (gloves stink like nothing else before, suggest you bring your own or you can buy at fairtex). In general really great place for a fitness vacation. BUT! What I really hated that some of the boxing trainers and my trainer as well look f*king stoned and they just sit around the ring looking at me like freaking vultures (went twice and both times same story). No, I wasn't bothered at all, this is my suggestion to management: you need to make sure the guys are a little bit more professional. My trainer was talking to the guys all the time, which I didn't like and told him to continue conversation in 1 hour. He also smelled like beer. We are coming back for sure, but I will request another trainer next time, this is not acceptable.

For sport lovers, this is your hotel
This hotel have a good location, easy to go arround pattaya, store, easy to get public transport. But for you that love to exercise, this hotel have a good facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court, gym, boxing ring, thai boxing arena, etc. never boring for sport. The foods are good. For the executive rooms have their own elevator, and the size of the room is amazing. This Fairtex hotel is a private own hotel not manage by hotels management group such as accor, holiday in, ramada etc. Base on my experience..... this hotel recomended.
