I like this hotel because the location is so nearby the railway station, Hua-hin night market and other places that the travelers have to go but I think the receptionist isn't friendly as I think she have to be by the way she so good at her work.
Quiet an peaceful place to stay. I stayed on the 4th floor. Good: There is a large yard with a few tables and chairs on the roof top. The breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly. Bad: old and a bit dirty and smelly toilet. Room is small. No brush and toothpaste. Staffs speak limited English
If you prefer to stay close to center, this hotel will suit your need.
I don't like the meal. I think they should cook something better.
easy to go And have a friendly service.
Overall considered Parking Parking for several cars. Walking distance to beach

Nice hotel in a quiet area
The hotel is located in a quiet alley. Parking place for guests just 30 meters away. Fast check in. The lobby and ground floor is beautiful, made me feel home. My room was big with a very big bed and flat screen TV and a terrace. The breakfast was included and it was a choice of tea or coffee with eggs, sausage and jam. Close to beach and to restaurants.

Hard to fault at the price
This budget hotel is tucked away in a very quiet alley, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. My room (room 5) was surprisingly large but only 30 cms space each side of the huge bed means getting in and out of bed is tricky. A small point. The bed is a bit firm, even for my liking, but I slept well with two good pillows, small but substantial. An afternoon snooze was disturbed during a brief heavy downpour of rain as the shower drain made a continual huge noise like a giant gargling. The shower/toilet room is small but very clean. The room is very clean and a fridge is provided with two small complimentary bottle of water (chilled) which are replenished daily free of charge. The door locks are the 'button in middle of the handle' style so if you dont remember to push it in as you leave, your room will remain unlocked. There is a wall safe in each room. There are has ample wall sockets with a double socket at the desk and two more doubles each side of the bed (you can charge your phone at night while being able to reach it, this is a point I always like, new 4-5 star hotels usually fall down badly on this). The a/c is good with a handheld remote (again, can use in bed). The shower is hot with good pressure (takes a minute or so to get to temperature, be patient). The towels are a bit threadbare and need replacing. Also if they can the hotel might spend a little money on thicker ones, which makes a huge difference in the perception of the customer in the grade of hotel. There are a surprising number of TV channels, with many in English, but the TV channel numbers in the room guide only bear approximate resemblance to the numbers on the TV channels themselves! Breakfast is basic but no major complaints apart from instant coffee and reconstituted orange juice. The room has no view as there is another building immediately next door but there is fairly good lighting in the room. The hotel has 14 rooms but no lift, and the stairs are fairly steep. There is private car parking for maybe 10-11 cars so I guess should be ample. If I was coming to Hua Hin again on a budget, I'd be happy in this hotel again.

Nice Location
Certainly not a luxury establishment, but 5 stars for what it is: a homey little guesthouse on a quiet road right next to the beach. Awesome location with very good attention to detail. In an industry where "guesthouse" has come to mean little more than "cheapest accommodation available," Hotel Alley does a good job of creating a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

average hotel , but location is good !
Thsi Hotel is located in an Alley off Soi 61 Hua Hin . For 45 USD a night including breakfast , can't expect too much can you ? Stayed 2 nights , got room number 9 on the second floor . This is a walk up hotel with Only 16 rooms , so it is not advisable for folks with leg problems as the stairs is a bit steep . Room is quite spacious with ample bath , separate shower and wc . Coffee and Tea making is available at the ground floor Only ! Balcony opens out to roof view of the next building ... hahahaha ... great one ! Anyway , the rooms are clean , the bath is clean and the bed sleep quality is good . But ... the lighting is dark , really dark as they only use incandescent bulbs and not flourescent . Breakfast is a simple affair , either a healthy one of Muesli and toast OR an unhealthy one of ham . bacon , eggs and toast with butter and jam rounding up with orange juice . Location is great as it is just off the main Thanon Phetkasem Road . For added security , the Hua Hin Police Station is directly opposite ... hehehehehe ! Within 10 - 20 minutes walking distance are the Railway Station , Chatchai Market , Hua Hin Night Market and Hua Hin Village Market . F&B outlets are plenty around here so you won't go hungry . Plenty of pubs and bars too for those who wanna quench thirst .

You pay for the location of hotel
I went to hua hin on July 4-5, spending one night over there. 1) Yes, the location of this hotel is strategic, since it is located at the center of the Hua Hin City. Walking distance to the beach, Hua Hin Railway station, temple, Chatsila night market, Hua Hin night market and lots of restaurant, cafe, bar & bistro. Most of the places are accessible within 5 to 10 minutes of walk. However, the hotel is hardly to located, since I had spent some times to ask and search the hotel. 2) This hotel is not suitable for those travelers with mobility difficulty because no elevator available, you have to climb staircase all time. Room is big with a double bed room. Air-conditioned room with balcony for those addicted smokers. Free wireless connection is available, but, please don't expect a high connection speed here. Complimentary coffee or tea time is always available at the lobby as no tea set provided in room. A very disappointed thing is the bathroom flooded each time the water tap is turned on for one minutes. Furthermore, the hot water supply is not hot enough or I can said it is same as cold water. 3) Friendly and kind staffs. They serves you free breakfast. I take a sip of coffee without any food. They will come to you and offer you some light breakfast. 4) Reasonability of price of the hotel is simply because of the location of the hotel. You can always walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise or enjoy the wind breeze anytime. There are a lots of hotel at that area, range of price is almost same depending on the location (direct access to beach), facilities (gym & swimming pool) and the view of hotel room (beach view). But, if you were looking at simple, clean & not pricey room, you may take this as consideration.
