Starting from check in Report the flap to the elder. TV can't watch The staff asks. Are you serious? We said it would be boring if there is no TV to watch. The staff informs us to call the agent to request a refund. So we said that the front staff would probably know that if the check-in date It is not refundable. The MP makes a face that doesn't care. And receiving other customers Terrible service, slept for 3 nights, didn't watch TV for 3 nights Old hotel, not straight cover Very old towels The air conditioner is noisy and not cold. The fridge was very dirty, didn't dare to soak in. The first night, half a bottle of water. Half bottle left The housekeeper then only adds 1 bottle and the remaining bottle closes for us to eat. Is very lazy Never stay anywhere like this. Save that much

It was ok, nothing special. Room was small and comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Air conditioning was cold. Staff were pleasant.

We booked superior room with discount code but it turned out that all superior room with double bed are booked. we didnt want to stay in twin bed room so we have to upgrade to deluxe room for full price without any discount we got and it's not worth that much money. got the room in the very far corner. the balcony is not clean. Wifi also not working throughout my stay

Hotel is ugly, dark and look like for chickky. Room is old, broken shower things and very bad smell towel!!!!! Hotel is in Construction area. Dusty and dirty. The hotel not match the pictures in web at all!!!

Reception staff, good service, friendly, equipped with towels, shower cream and shampoo. Below there are drinks and other toiletries. The room has a good security system. There is a key card system to scan to enter the room.
