The pictures just show the best part of the hotel. The Bungalows are on the other side of the main road and ambience as well as cleanliness are far away from a Five Star Hotel. The toilette of the Bungalow is outside.

The staff may not check the room before the customer checks in. Not sure if the housekeeper has finished cleaning the room yet? because when entering the room, the floor is still wet The maid forgot to keep the towels of the old customers who have already checked out and the room. There is still a piece of hair of an old customer. the room smells which is a very pungent smell from perfumed oil or some kind of liquid therefore asked to change the room late at night Because of dizziness, staff around the night so change the room to a new one. The new room that smells is not as pungent as the old room. In the morning there was an employee saying sorry. which can feel that The staff at this hotel are very attentive to their customers. Overall the bed and pillows are very soft. Breakfast is delicious but not much. Service staff, very good service, friendly to all customers. This trip is very impressive with the service.
