Convenient and clean
Located near terminal 21 shopping mall and asok bts train station. The apartment had all the basic necessities. Bed was comfy and toilets were clean with fresh towels. Bottled water were supplied daily and there's a kitchen to do some basic cooking. Great for big groups and the price was reasonable.

Convenient location and well appointed rooms
We stayed here as a family for one night enroute to another location and were so glad we did choose this place to stay. The rooms are large, excellent value for location in central Bangkok. We were close to so much shopping and restaurants at Terminal 21 mall and Asoke BTS. The pool provided us with entertainment and a relaxing time. Highly recommend this establishment.

Great location and place
I've stayed at the twin Peak condo for two months in Chiang Mai. I had a two bedroom condo with a maid 3 times a week. The condo was clean and the staff was always friendly. The location is excellent however be aware that if you book three months, the won't give you a refund.

Beautiful but noisy
We spend 4 nights in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious with modern equipment: hotel facilities, large sofa, washing machine, big fridge, kitchen but no cooking utensil (very strange). Each room has a private bathroom and the mattresses are comfortable. Large TV is included but the signal is not satisfying for international channels. WIFI is not free of charge and its speed is insufficient; I never succeeded to put a picture on my blog… Regarding the price (4550 THB/night), it seems expensive but equivalent to 2 rooms in a nice hotel and finally more pleasant and friendly. The most important problem is that the air-conditioning machine on the balcony is very, very noisy. It can wake up you at night and It may be the only reason for us to do not return there.

Good location but overpriced.
I would only recommend this place for it's location and if you can get a good deal on the rate. I felt that my rate (87 USD - not including breakfast and internet) was more than what I thought it was worth, as I have paid less for more in the same area. I have to rate this place as "poor" as I felt I got less than what I paid for. The location is really good. It's close to MRT, BTS, Soi 11, Nana and Terminal 21 - everything you need or might want to stay here for. However, the hotel seems old and basic to me. The rooms are a bit run down, decor is dated, the air con is big and noisy and I did not find the bed as comfortable as you would expect in a good hotel. The shower is in the bathtub, which can work, but the result is water everywhere. Also, the hose was not long enough for me to stand tall while rinsing my hair, which didn't help on the water spray. Both at night and in the morning I had to wait a long time for hot water in the shower and in the morning I experienced running out of hot water and I had to finish with a cold shower instead. Service was okay, but at one point there was nobody who spoke english. A question about check out time was interpreted as a request for an internet voucher. Once again, If I had expected a budget hotel and paid a budget hotel rate, I might have thought all of the above came with the experience.
