Beds very uncomfortable. However rooms are very modern and i love the shower. Clean linen requests are a headache and too inconvenient with rheir process.

This is one of the most horrific hotel I ever encountered, the hotel it’s not like the website the staff it’s rude and refuse to clean our bed or provide clean towel had to go to walk mart and purchase

We stayed for 1 night, it was very nice look like the room was updated and remodeled they have a very nice pool it’s across the street from the Homewood suites and the beach I recommend this place

Said check in time was at 4pm got there they only had one room ready had to wait almost 2 hours for the other three rooms. On the website said they serve breakfast but didn’t. You would see some insects and roaches on the rooms and outside.

I didn’t have any major issues at the property. The ice machine was not functioning. The ladies in the office were nice and professional.

My stay was great but ice machine was broken and they did not provide an iron in which I needed for my stay but over all I enjoyed my stay.

The dining options and it was walkable also the beach was right beside us. Something I didn’t like was the WiFi it was no internet.

The property itself was decent but you cannot watch tv at all because the WiFi signal is too poor, there’s no ice machines or vending, and we were placed next to people that had 8-12 people in one room so the noise was a lot to deal with.

I liked the hotel no elevator only 4 floors. Very modern rooms however they are small I was traveling alone. Very convenient area right off yhr beach lots of dood drinks etc.

Great spot near the boardwalk, staff was very nice. Only complaint is the room was bright in the morning for my liking. Overall great stay, would stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Fifth and Ocean Hotel in Myrtle Beach. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are a few things worth noting for future guests. Location: The location is definitely a highlight. It’s conveniently situated just a short walk from the beach, which made getting to the water quick and easy. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, which was a plus. Room: The room itself was nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, and a blow dryer. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, and the space felt welcoming. However, noise was a significant downside. The walls are quite thin — we could hear loud bass from cars on the street and even people walking past our door. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Bathroom: The shower had great water pressure and got hot quickly, which we loved. That said, the drain isn’t centered in the middle of the shower floor, so water pooled and didn’t drain efficiently. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something management might want to address. Parking: Parking is available but a bit tight, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle. We managed just fine, but it did require some caution when pulling in and out of the lot. Amenities: The room only had one small trash can, which wasn’t quite enough for the duration of our stay. Luckily, we brought our own trash bag, which came in handy. For larger disposals, there are bigger trash bins located outside.

New paint and updates doesn't cover up the fact that it's a very old hotel/motel. You have absolutely no privacy unless you close the blinds all day. The lights in the room worked half the time, due to faulty outlets. Wifi connection was weak to non-existent. Don't expect many amenities.

It has nothing to do with cleanliness. There are no shelves in the shower so we had to put our stuff on the floor, there is no tub, there is no table and chairs just in case you wanna play cards or whatever, there is no ice machine actually there was an ice machine, but it’s broken. The pool was very dirty, so it was basically not a hotel set up for comfort.
