Digital check in didn’t work.
As well as Door keys were down when I arrived.
Front desk gave me a master key to remedy.
All Coffee and hot water in lobby were old and cold.
Coffee in room has no bottled water for the maker.
No soap in men’s bathroom downstairs in lobby.
No soap in room shower. Container was empty.
Breakfast was great! Staff was kind and helpful. The other items above were the issue and unsatisfactory for the price of the hotel.
