I went to check in and the room was over soldZ the hotel told me that Expedia oversells them all the time and it was not their fault. I was stuck there for an hour trying to get another hotel. They moved me 25mins north to Hampton which is a 1-2 star hotel and smells of smoke.
This has been the worst experience booking with Expedia as I was late for my client dinner meeting.

The shampoo bottle was near empty and never replenished, the body lotion bottle was empty. Luckily we had a travel shampoo bottle and lotion with us.
We have stayed in this hotel before and this never happened before.

Check in/Check out was very easy. Quickly dropped my bags off to go explore until my room was ready. The room is a great size. Much bigger than the rooms I've typically stayed at in NYC. Large bathroom with tub. The proximity to the subway station can't be beat. I also did two runs around the city, including the Brooklyn Bridge which is easy to get to. Plenty of coffee shops in the area, as well as food. Room was clean. Elevators are a little slow, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend.

location is good, next to Canal St Subway and MTA bus stop across the facilities.
Staffs were not great and not welcoming, poor cleanliness, slow housekeeping and need constant reminder.

I was highly upset. I had purchased some food and put it in the refrigerator so it wouldn’t go bad just to come find out in the morning. The refrigerator does not even work very inconvenient.

We arrived before the check in time before we were tired of the walking and glad they have a room available and the girl on the front desk was so nice and helpful because we made a lot of questions. They have hot cocoa at night because it was super cold. Room super clean and comfy bed. Definitely will stay again.

I don’t remember ever given a 5 stars review but this one was great! Liked everything about the hotel, the room, location, staff. The only thing was missing was onsite parking but it’s manhattan. Most of all was the price made my choice and didn’t expect much but far beyond what I expected.

The first room we were assigned did not had curtains and the heater was not working properly. We were moved to a different room the next day. They do a room check and clean up every other day. Do not refill the coffee and cup in the room. One Elevator was not working, a lot of waiting time for going up and down. I think is a good location, great restaurants around and felt safe. We were able to keep our luggage after checkout which is a plus.

Our stay was with family of 4. The accommodation was great better than expected. They offered free breakfast which was surprising but well appreciated. If you don’t order the breakfast at the restaurant, they do have complimentary hot coffee and muffins. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We also got parking discount at a local garage. Metro was very close and food there’s a lot of places to get to eat and stay late I think till 2am. Heck they even had a pizza place that sell $1.50 slices..

Our room was very comfortable and my son, dog and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near all my favorite parts of NYC, the west village, little Italy, little Paris, soho, with lots of restaurants and cafes. My only regret was having breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, they kept getting my order wrong and by the time I got my food right it was cold and it was way overpriced, even by NYC standards.
