Liked location, No coffee creamer

It was average, a bit outdated.

I love staying here, it’s quaint and there’s nothing like swimming in the pool while gazing at the redwoods surrounding the property. The staff is caring and attentive, helpful in every way. The beautiful rose bushes and unique river view add to the mountain charm of this place 👍

The staff was superior. However the bathroom walls were covered in mold, the towels had stains, and the room had an old musty smell. The pool was too dirty to swim in. Bummer since this was one of the main reasons I booked this location during summer. The breakfast was not as advertised at all. Disappointed overall. Paid way way to much for the stay. Plus side, great coffee shop just down the road.

The man who checked me in was genuinely nice and seemed to enjoy his job. He shared the high temperature of the day and details about the pool. He got us a room early and made easy conversation. Our room was just cleaned and simple. It was our bathroom that was why we rank fewer stars. There was mold and mildew throughout the shower and entire bathroom. We were in a hurry so didn’t ask for a new room But not something we like to see and especially because it was so obvious.

Clean and good location that I want

A nice quiet inn, but the rooms could use repair and refurbishment

The hotel had a good location. was quiet and friendly atmosphere. wish that the handicap parking was better, needed more handicap spaces. it was nice that the hotel offered free vegitarian breakfast but wish there were more fruit items.

Loved the place. It was located within walking distance of several restaurants the staff was friendly and helpful- would stay there again.

All over the carpet. The toilet was very loose. The parking was lacking. Just not a good stay

Staff and service was great!

Good for a quick overnight stay. Could definitely use some upgrades! Comfy mattress but if you’re a light sleeper (like me!) wouldn’t recommend staying here as walls are pretty thin & can hear the other guests. Won’t be staying here again! Friendly staff!

Very strong smell of soap or disinfectant, gave me a migraine

Super friendly staff member was a bright light at the end of a difficult travel day.

Stay was fine but there was not blackout curtain in the room, only the sheer curtain. Glad there was a coffee maker in the room

Garbage in the driveway and on the property. Room needed a coat of paint. Sink was cracked. Toilet was cracked and loose.

Room is larger than most motels, located in a quite place, which is important to us. The only complaint is you can hear the next-door guests.
