Very kind front desk receptionist. Very fresh room, comfy bed and sheets. Pool was wonderful and staff kept very tidy. Young lady in the concession stand is as sweet and personable as she can be. Had a freat, relaxing and refreshing stay, thank you!

Checked in got to our room and the room was dirty. Beds a mess, towels every where bathroom dirty. Called to get house keeping. They came while we were gone. Came back beds made floor dirty and bathtub dirty. The dispenser in shower empty also. It was to late to change rooms.

We had to change rooms due to the TV not working. No ice bucket, short pn towels. Ask for room service the third day! NO SHOW! Finally got towels and trash handled after the second call. Whrn this resort was The Ramada Express it was great! Now its just give the customer the bare minimum! The Resyaurants have became fast food, and not all that good! Passagios has gone to hell! No entertainment anymore! The Steak House is gone, and replaced with a kids arcade! When did Adult fun become about the kids? Boy have things changed!!!

The property was poorly managed . The rooms weren't very clean the wifi and the tv didn't work. The towels were dingy and when they moved us to another room it was filthy dirty and had to move again . Over all stay was terrible . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Had to change our room because our plumbing was bad. When we changed rooms, our sink was clogged in our other room. Then had a bad experience in the casino. We gambled in the casino and saved our winning ticket for the next day. Went to cash it in the machine (my mistake) and only gave me a dollar. Walked homto the cage and they called a staff memeber. Long story short he said the ticket was cashed already at 1am when I wasn’t even at the casino at that time. Complained about it and showed prof with players card and they said it was cashed. Asked them to open the machine and said they couldn’t pull the ticket from it. Horrible customer service. Was only $122 but it’s the principle behind their staff not taking care of it

I have three things go wrong. My card key didn't work on day one, no hot water on the second day, cable TV went out on the third day. The room didn't look very clean and it was very dark and dank. They should put some brighter light bulbs in the lamps so it's less depressing.

I was informed that I needed to upgrade my rooms in order for us to get combined rooms the first room was Dusty as hell with footprints in the bathroom the second room was a non-smoking room and now the third room we are split apart to buildings within us and it's not connected and I still had to play extra to upgrade
