I have had the terrible experience as staying at this hotel. Water was leaked and spilled all over the toilet all the time. The room had bad smell, dirty and did not have enough amenities. Staffs were unprofessional. There was a lady like a housekeeper enter the reception desk and support receptionist check-in for us. On my floor, there was always a housekeeping trolley stands in in the lobby. Everything looks messy and dirty. I did know whether this hotel has breakfast or not because the receptionist did not tell me about it when I checked-in. After seeing the room, I did not expect anything from this hotel service, just want to finish my staying and escape from this terrible hotel forever. Comparing to other hotel with better location and cheaper price, this hotel is too expensive. It costs nearly 700.000VND with such bad experiences. I have to speak it loud so that the owner or manager can fix all the things and make it better if they don't want to stop doing hotel business.

The whole place is dirty from the lobby to the rooms Bed sheets don’t fit the beds The only plus is the service. They were as helpful as the could be Won’t be staying here again

The room is clean and nice. would just suggest the area for breakfast to be rearrange as the space is small and only one lane for us to get the food. People tend to just go in any direction they like and cause congestion. Would be appreciated if they make slight changes on this aspect and this is my second time to that hotel and I hope the breakfast they provided last time is resume compare to now

Friendly staff. Okay breakfast. Our triple room was on the older side especially the shower/toilet room. The queen bed was well lit and on the newer side. Best part is... it’s quiet!!! ❤️ Good location!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are times that we would have difficulty in getting a cab, and they would volunteer and do it for you.

This hotel is smelly, no hot water and kettle not working at all. The picture on the app is not actual. Strongly not recommended
