The Lobby was filled with used stuff and no proper place to sit. The room was smelly, some part of floor was chapped, it looks different from the photos provided. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos to prove the condition of the hotel.

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. Arrived quite late in the evening, however the owner was waiting for me for check-in. The room was clean and spacious, with the street view as expected. The next day after check in my room was made up, and towels were replaced, shampoo and shower gel added which is very nice. I appreciate them for a great hospitality and effort they put in providing a good customer care. In addition this hotel has an ideal location, which is close to the train station / airport bus stop (7 minutes walk), and old town beer street / night market in a walk distance as well.

The staff are lovely and really helped me out a lot. The rooms are small and cozy and clean. The breakfast was interesting! Lots of deep fried food and fruit among other things. My only issue was that the wifi didn't work on my floor and no one knew how to fix it. I was able to connect to a lower floor with weak internet so it was difficult to work but possible. I recommend this hotel to people here on business or to those who love food as it 's in the heart of the food street.

The owner was very helpful and friendly as well. Will back there if visit Hanoi.

Was staying here as transit hotel while waiting nite train to lao cai. Located 50 m from Hanoi train station and really convenient. The hotel is clean and the receptionist also friendly.

Completely satisfied with the staff friendly attitude and the room facility. The coffee shop on 9th floor has great view and the drinks taste good!
