Ideally located in the city centre
Bad food, very small room, tea maker too dirty. Staff not very cooperative. Must stay only if you want cheap rate and proximity to the city centre. Breakfast options very limited. Had not taken breakfast even for one day.

Nice stay!
We booked Deluxe room because we prefer enjoying quiet atmosphere to avoid the noise from the main road. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is good but limited of choices, location is great. There is a bar at ground floor where you can enjoy some drinks and music in the evening time but it is basic one and nothing is impressive. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay here.

Worst hotel experience ever.
After the harrowing journey it took me to get to the hotel, which already had me in a stress, all I wanted was to check in and relax. I arrived at the hotel to be told that despite my confirmed PRE-PAID booking, some other customer decided to stay longer, so they couldn't give me a room. They then walked me in heavy rain to another hotel that was allegedly same level, but didn't seem so to me. In all my life, this has never happened to me. If you don't want to face the same thing, I suggest you book elsewhere.

Electricity problems, safety hazards, poor management
Disappointing experience on many levels. On the first night the hotel lost electricity several times. After the first blackout I though things will get back to normal but it happened several times from about 8PM until around 2AM. Needless to say, we weren't able to sleep during this time as it was a hot night in Saigon. I called the front desk several times an was told the electric service will be restored soon. During one of the occasions the power was working I decided go to the front desk and took the elevator (stupid mistake I agree) and got stuck. Luckily the electricity came right back and I was able to exit the elevator. I then proceeded to take the stairs and almost fell down because they use the stair case as storage space for all sorts of cleaning supplies. When I got to the front desk I asked to speak to the manager or owner and was told that they are not available at the time. After I insisted, I was told that the manager/owner will be there in the morning. Morning came, I went to the front desk but was told the manager is not there. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel: a) The hotel manager/owner does not like to personally deal with customers if there's a problem b) This hotel poses multiple safety hazards (staircase cluttered with cleaning supplies, when the gasoline powered generator kicks in, you can smell the fumes in the room) c) False advertising. I paid for a suite and got a single room with 1 bed. Pictures on site are for a different room.

sadly lacking
I booked into this hotel because its site and reviews looked promising, but sadly it let itself down. I paid for a room upgrade which I didn't get, the people next door had a much bigger room for a cheaper price. The television would not change channels and since I was there for five days I expected something would be done but each time I complained they just sent a room boy with a remote who used the IT method -repeatedly turning off the electricity for the whole room and then turning it on again. (That damaged my laptop). There was no hot water. I was continually pestered over whether I wanted a girl or a massage which reduced things to the sleazy. Breakfast was inedible.
