Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. spent nearly 700k just to stay overnight but there was no water to wash my face, the room was like a slum, Kinh bed was paired with 2 shacks, mosquito bites and swelling. everything is sloppy. Awful!!!

Firstly, low cost room is unclean, the wall is stale and there is damp smell inside the room. Upgrading to a more deluxe room does not totally solve the problems, as the construction is pretty downgraded already. Secondly, there is no parking spot during the night, which is very annoying for motorbike travelers. If you plan to stay a couple more hours after the usual check out time, being 12:00am, you are requested to pay half the price of one day more and only get 5-6 hours before night time. From 6pm onwards, you are once again requested to pay the other half again, with no clear explanation from the staff. They state that it is due to the programmed software; and there is also no way to contact the manager as there are only 2 staff running the hotel day and night. Additionally, the higher the floor is, the weaker the water is for shower. Overall, it is not a satisfying experience.

Arrived there, found dusty lobby with only 1 receptionist. Apparentlly they are having renovation. Anf the dust is all over lobby. The reception gave us the key without the indication of the room number on the keycard (we booked 4 rooms). 3 out 4 rooms are old and dark. 1 room (4th floor) is newly renovated. Bright and simple. The location is very strategic. Near to shopping malls and theater. Night life district is just around the corner.
