Worse than the worst.They had not prepared my room yet when I came at 2:15 pm. After around 10 mins, they gave me a Double room instead of a Twin one as booked. They again told me to wait for the Twin room 😏 When I asked how long the wait would be, I needed to do some things in my room before going out at 3 pm. They said, "keep waiting, it's no use asking, the room is just not ready and I don't know how long!"They said my attitude was bad and didn't want to serve me (although I used honorific words in all my questions) 🙄."You could cancel if you want. Your booking is so cheap thus we don't need"🙂. No sorry at all! All they said to me was to inform me. I left the hotel and asked for a refund through the agent, but the hotel didn't agree, which means they still wanted my meagre money even when they didn't want to serve me 😏 That's fine I paid them, but people should know about this terrible hotel! 😏.
