How to start? I think this is the booking I regret the most. It's such a fraud, the pictures and reality are totally different. I booked a combo flight & hotel last minute as I had urgent thing in Hanoi and no need to stay long, that's why I booked a hotel instead of going home. But I couldn't sleep because I felt disgusting all since the moment I walked in the room. It's filthy, dirty, musty, moldy, old. There was hair on the bed, hair band left on top of the phone, faulty main door that I'm scared someone would broke into my room in the middle of the night, faulty bathroom door which couldn't close, stains on the bath towel, peeling floor, it was just totally disgusting. I think because the rate I paid was not high so they gave me the worst room. This is my first also my last book ever with this hotel, and I will also not book a hotel anymore because the quality is not guaranteed. This is the second time I'm scammed by wrong advertising and pictures posted on this OTA.

It is so so so bad experience we have had. We book this hotel because it is located near from Hoan Kiem lake. We think that may be it is not modern but clean. But it is not like that anymore. The room is too dirty, wet, terrible smell. We booked this hotel several days before we travel to Hanoi. The time for checking in is 12, but when we come to the hotel at 7pm, they gave us a dirty room. The room have not cleaned from the previous client. When we told them about that, they asked us to wait for at least 30' for cleaning room. They told us that the maids forgot cleaning it and didn't have any word for sorry us. And absolutely, we never never never come back. Terrible. Awful.

Clean spacious room with full amenities. Good price. Near the center of Hoan Kiem pedestrian street. It's very convenient to go shopping and eat and drink. If I have a chance to work, I will visit again.

Every time I go to Hanoi I choose to stay here, right in the old town can walk to Hoan Kiem lake, the price is cheap compared to the room and location, the receptionists enthusiastically support and inquire. Rooms are clean, if possible, choose a room with a balcony that will have a view of the street (as shown in the picture) in the morning watching Hanoi is very chill. Next time I go to Hanoi, I will still come back here. If you book on the app, you will get a better price than booking directly at the hotel. The day I booked a small room for 2 people on the app, but the hotel upgraded to a 3 person room with a balcony, the service was very good and kind.. The hotel also has a car rental service, just rent it here for convenience.

The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi, about 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. I booked a deluxe room and was arranged on the 8th floor, with windows overlooking the street, so it was airy and comfortable, the staff was very enthusiastic to support and serve quite well... nice but the bathroom is ok. In general, the price of the epidemic season should be quite affordable and suitable for people who like to move like me. Have the opportunity to experience more other room types.
