I had a really comfortable stay in Dalat and at the lotus hotel. Room decoration style is very luxurious. But my room at 106 was a bit small compared to the rest, but it was shined in by the window and sunlight. Next time I go, I will stop by at this hotel again

relatively good location. enthusiastic service staff, guide to help change rooms. rooms: the first room is not arranged properly: damp, musty smell, power failure in some sockets, lack of lights. after being arranged with another room, it improved, but it was a waste of time for guests.

Bad. When checking in, it is not clean, the room has a smell, the refrigerator includes cockroaches. send the key in the morning to ask the hotel to clean the room. When I went out to visit until noon, I was exhausted, the staff informed me that I could not clean the room. will let the staff move up in time. Until 5am, the staff cleaned up the room. We were awake while sleeping, and our hair and hair were like crazy, so we could clean up early tomorrow. The next day, I went home at around 1:30 and no one was cleaning the room. feel depressed. One thing is enlightening that at the afternoon of 3112 and on the morning of January 1, the 4th floor has only my room with guests. That way, it cannot be said that the room service is busy. If I'm busy, I have to fix the arrangement so I need to clean the room first. So the staff went up to the room twice to ask to clean the room because I was called on the phone. But I also did not allow me to move on the grounds that the group had to use the toilet and need to change clothes to rest for the night to continue. Not only me, but the guests all said the room was not clean. Rent 4 days 3 nights, hic. Hands up. There's no way going back to this hotel anymore.
